  3. Detect and verify complaints of criminal misconduct and violations of the code of conduct and ethics and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken.
  4. Receive and take action on all complaints/information regarding criminal misconduct and violations of the code of conduct and ethics.
  5. Report criminal misconduct to the responsible enforcement agency.
  6. Managing the Anti-Corruption Committee (JAR) and the MIROS Audit Committee (JKA) and the Disciplinary Committee
  7. Updating and monitoring the implementation of the Management System (ISO) at MIROS
  8. As the secretary for the implementation of the Certification Body Audit .

  1. Become a reference center for matters related to sharing, protocol harmonization and improvement of accident data at MIROS at domestic and foreign levels.
  2. Conduct MIROS accident investigation coordination for cases directed by the Director General involving all three research centers at MIROS.
  3. Manage requests for accident data or any MIROS research data from external parties and coordinate with the responsible research center/unit at MIROS.
  4. Manage requests for accident investigation activities from outside parties and coordinate with the responsible research center/unit at MIROS.
  5. Manage the reporting process of accident investigation findings for cases directed by the Director General of MIROS as well as external application investigation cases.
  6. Formulate and establish cooperative relationships with external parties related to MIROS accident data & accident investigation.
  7. Design and coordinate training programs regarding MIROS accident investigation internally or to external parties.
  8. Issuing official requests for accident data to external parties on behalf of the Director General of MIROS.
